The bridge of the life Print

A bodily and spiritually healthy person contrives more milestones through his life, with which from his picture and conception of the life changes and considers other things important in his life. I call the bridge of the life that arc which he walkes. There are many exciting turning points on a bridge like this, even the not conscious person approaches sometimes that state, that is called the liberation.

The child, when he conceives and when he is born, interests altogether two things. The surviving and the learning. In the interest of this he eats a lot, drinks a lot, sleeps, but deals more and more with that to recognise the world around him. Approximately in his 6-7 year ages eventuates his second self-awareness waking (the first one is when he is born). This differs from the first one in it, that the child in the embryonic age is one with her mother consciousnesswise and all of his cognition happens through his mother’s filter, since from the birth to the mentioned age the child gets experiences and knowledge already independently and his view depends less and less from the parents. In the mentioned period the child falls stronly under the control of the Kapha, since the survival instincts and the contact creation are both Kapha aspects. The task of the parents in this time is the correct ground of the knowledge. That parent who drives the child into a dumb learning compulsion, commits a big mistake. The correct teaching at this time is that we seed those stones in the child which will facilitate the latter learning. These stones are nothing else than the (self)confidence, the safety, the cognition of the world without duality, etc.

In the life period that comes after this the child establishes contacts more consciously with the world and recognises it. His primary method is not definitely the forced, but the playful cognition. The child learns to live adapting to rules in this period. Learns in big lines what is correct and what is wrong, and substantiates the basic of his later faith system at this time (which are his abilities and bars). This period is still dominated by the Kapha in a bigger measure (but in a smaller measure, than the previous period), in a smaller measure already the Pitta. Arising from the Pitta domination the child in this period already affects his environment and is able to change it. This period lasts until approx. 10-11 year ages. In this period of the walk of life the parent has to give universal knowledge, which is comprehensible and learnable also for the child. It is necessary to teach the child to it that he should not see the world only unilaterally, but he should be able to put himself into other person’s situation. This is the period of the real nursing. The child has to accept the task, the responsibility and other differences between the adults and the children and should be able to position himself inside the family and other community. Of course accordingly to his own intellectual level.
The next period of the waking of self-awareness is the classic adolescence. The child gets strongly under the control of the Pitta, from this he can be passionate, moreover rebel. The child realizes his parent’s weaknesses and is daydreaming about a more perfect world, mostly naïve. The Pitta always harps the man’s borders, and the desire is still living in the child to recognise the world such as it really is. Not from the parental tellings, but from the own experiences. The child’s passionate instinct appears in it, that he pledges himself next to principles, ideas, and the questions of the contacts between the genders arise as well. The rebel instinct comes to the front strongly, if the parent did not substantiate the nursing adequatly in the previous two life cycles, or rather if he didn’t placed the nursing onto the child’s understanding, but on the prohibition and punishment which were considered wrong by the parent. The adolescence lasts until approximately 17-20 year ages, which ends with becoming an adult.
With closing the previous cycle the Vata starts to dominate, which makes the man to be mobile and free. Of course the other dosha’s are also presented in the man’s life, but the Pitta rebel abates, and also the Kapha does not want to take the man constantly towards nutritional and contact compulsions in such a measure, like in the typical period. In the man more and more his real ayurvedical build starts to get stable. In this more stable situation the man builds up a carreer and partnerships, begets child and tries to expand his view from the world. The domination of the material world starts to abate and the consciousness starts taking over the power in a measure depending on the human type. The Szattva is growing at this time in the man (the light guna), which is above the doshas. At this time the selfish interests gets mostly into the background and appears the ecosystem man’s first drift. The man is able to examine the world from the other’s person point of view influenced by his partner and his children and if it’s needed is able to call off his own desires in order the needs of the loved entities by himself to be satisfied. He learns to take responsibility for himself and for other people. This period lasts until his children do not fly out and their own life is not started.
The man’s last big period is the old-age, in this period the material and the contact goods are already not so important than once. The largest wisdom appears in the man’s sensens:it’s all one, namely Everything is One. The grandfather or the grandmother does not wish to compete already with the world, does not wish to get dressed according to the fashion, their needs are less.  Only one thing is important:the peace and the love.
Every age has it’s own task and opportunity. That person who accepts this, is able to develop a big family with solidarity from those people who belong to himself. In the “undeveloped” eastern culture also more generations live together under one roof. They do not feel this as a burden, but a divine grace, that the fate presented them with a family of this size. They know it exactly, that it can happen that not the grandfather or the grandmother is the cleverest man on the world, but they respect them for their experiences and also the next generations try to learn from it. The big family also gives a bigger safety opposite the money, the power and other brutes. This community was built in order that building, favouring each other everybody can contrive, who is the member of the family.

I would have liked you to see that the path of the life, along which the man goes, is a divine perfectness. It doesn’t matter who starts from where, doesn’t matter what is the man’s ability, the life developed in such a way that the less conscious man can also learn to contrive the important aspects. The man until he gets old, even if he is having faith to it, can reach the state of the englightenment. To this he only needs to listen to the life what it wants to say. If the man is not guided by his unrest and anger, than he realizes that the life gives him power in order to understand the topmost wisdom. Everything is One. The man is not able to reach the happiness in the illusion of his desires and denials, but the life shows the way to it, notice and learn from it. The wise man observes the life, learns from it and utilizes it… do so.
