Isten országa akkor jön elszámodra, ha a jobb és a bal, a felső és az alsó, a külső és a belső, a nő és a férfi hasonlóvá válik benned.

Napi dilemma

The dilemma of the death
You may decide about it every day, whether you believe in the death and you follow it through your every day thoughts, words and acts, or you believe in the eternity and you live your life accordingly.

Guna and doshaWhenever you are reading the articles on the portal, it’s possible that you are thinking how these can connect to ayurveda.  In the existence, in the universe, everything is related to everything, it never happens that something is in itself, only the One, who is indivisble. Only that observer cannot see the connection who is restrainted from the illusion of the segregation. The attentive observer who is looking for the divine truths will be freed from the illusion in the knowledge of these contexts and will be the errant of the world, whom won’t bind any kind of false law. The law as a serious judgement will weigh on that person who does not understand the secret.

What is the three guna?

The three guna is a present principle in all existing person, that will define the essence of the entity (living beings) or the object (lifeless objects).  The three guna is the szattva (the basis principle of the brightness), the radzsasz (the basis principle of the mobility) and the tamasz (the basis principle of the darkness) from which I wrote already in other articles. For most of the people in clear form of appearance szattva is the freed state of the mind without any bond, the radzsasz is the senses state of the person’s will, desires and active aspects defined from his ideas, as long as the tamasz is the senses state of the dualities and ancient principle of denials in the person.
Looking from the doshas aspect the szattva is a principle which characterizes the absolute balance of the doshas. When the five element and the three dosha gets into a balance in the person, than this refers to the state of the satisfaction and happiness and of course to the bodily-spiritual health as well.  The radzsasz is characterized by the following principles:desires related to the spiritual-bodily aspects, the will and active images. The radzsasz is always increasing the single elements or doshas. The tamasz is characterized by the following principles:the fears and denials of the spiritual-bodily aspects, which belongs to the single elements and doshas. The tamasz is always causing the decrease of the elements and doshas. Looking at the above let’s take into consideration how the appearance form of the single ghunas will form the doshas in the senses and in the body.

The nature of the guna

The desires and the affections of the material world will enhance the earth element. With the growth of the earth element the kapha dosha will increase as well. The primary sources of these are the avidity, affection to the food and drink and to other material things, affinity to the necessities of life. At the same time the fears and denials from the material world will decrease the earth elements, so the kapha dosha as well. The sources of these can be following: fear from the richness or from the poverty, foods, drinks or other kind of necessities from which the person is afraid of or denies. The contact desires (desire after a friend, desire after a family, sexual desire, etc.) will increase the water element, so the kapha dosha as well. Fears from the privacy, from the sexuality, denials regarding to the sexuality, denials of the parents and other contact fears will reduce the water element, so the kapha dosha as well.
The fire element and the pitta dosha is going to be increased by the changes desires dominant in the person, the passionateness and if someone is gloat. The fire element and together the pitta dosha will be decreased by the insurgent intellectuality and by the fear from the pain.
The love, the care, the acceptance and the desires after the grace will increase the air element and through this the vata dosha. The sources of these can be the need of the dominance, which awaits more attention and acknowledgement from its environment, the need of freedom, which awaits more free will and action from the ones living together with the person. The fear from the not accepting, other people not acceptance will decrease the air element and together with it the vata dosha. The stage fever, the exhibitionism and all expression compulsion (eg.:speech compulsion) will increase the ether element and the vata dosha as long as the fear from expressing myself and all communication fear, denial will reduce them.

The effects of the gunas to your life

Certain elements, doshas even if they are underworked or overworked, will anyway show the break-up of the balance state. That is why I dare to say that who is teaching, healing for money or aspires to fame, authority, that person is a false prophet, same as who is with denial opposite any kind of aspect of the reality. Those people who are coming in the name of God to you but they are living under the authority of radzsasz and tamasz, they are all wolf in lamb’s clothing, don’t believe them. That person who stands under the power of the szattva, that person does not fear for his life, does not desire it because he is in the possession of knowledge and not an idea. Your illnesses and your weaknesses are the results of any of the listed states. Denials of the earth elements will lead to poverty, to famine. Denials of the water element will lead to conflicts between the persons, to fight and to wars. Denials of the fire elements will lead to the petrifaction of the wrong samples, wrong knowledge and wrong aspiration. Denials of the air elements will lead to servility, to the prison, to constraint. Denials of the ether elements will lead you never understanding the world and never get freed from the pain. Your desires will force you onto motion to any kind of element or dosha they belong. In these you will never find the peace because as long as you have motion compulsion till than you will confront those people who will follow their desires like you do. Even so often this will give the opportunity to the person to recognise higher truths as well.

Whenever you fill in one of your desire, for a little time you will feel joy. You think that you are happy but only the radzsasz faded away only for a little time in your senses. But szattva will bring you eternal happiness. You cannot finally overcome neither radzsasz, nor the tamasz, but you can redirect them in such a way which will serve you and your happiness. Direct the radzsasz to God, to the liberation (e.g. waiting for the Saviour), you should always look for the liberation from the pain in yourself. Direct the tamasz into himself:you should have a denail against the ignorance and deny the evil from yourself.

Daily caution

Óvakodj a képmutatástól!
